Inserts

Cloth nappy inserts come a variety of materials - microfibre is a man made material that is quick to dry and fast absorbing, hemp and bamboo are a natural material that hold a lot of moisture but can be slow drying, my favourate combination is microfibre with bamboo or hemp underneath combining fast with stable absorbtion. Inserts provide the main absorbancy in your nappies whereas boosters are usually thinner and smaller and provide extra absorbancy along side your inserts,
